Butcher, baker, candlestick maker.... Actually I am a Jill of ALL TRADES!
Today I’m listing a beautiful condo in the Pearl district, but before I got close to putting it on the market there was quite a bit of work to do to get the place ready. Scheduling a photographer in these Covid-19 days is the crucial bit of the listing puzzle and I had a date that could not be moved. The previous occupant had just moved out of this furnished unit, and most of the furniture was fine to keep, but the bedroom needed EVERYTHING - and none of my go-to staging companies wanted such a small job. In short order I had the carpet cleaned, the walls repainted and touched up, I went to Ikea for the bed (and built it), raided my own supplies for bedding, begged, borrowed and stole the rest. The morning before the photographer showed up I re-hung the art, washed down a couple of walls that now suddenly didn’t look so good next to the touched up ones and installed a bit more furniture. My client has a fabulous cutting garden that supplied the Dahlias and right on cue the place looked fabulous for the photographer. PHEW. Don’t anyone, ever, tell me I’m just a door opener.
Listed at $625,000. This is a one of a kind corner unit in the Bridgeport Condominiums, a one bed, one bath plus den that snugly fits a sleeper sofa, 1025 sq ft ground floor very private unit that could be just the ticket for you! The den closes off from the main living area providing that crucial privacy for guests or your new work-from-home need. There’s a private patio (currently growing tomatoes) screening passers by and because it’s a corner unit, lots and lots of windows.
I am both a Realtor and Interior Designer. I have transitioned from simply selling homes to selling what makes homes beautiful.
